Our team is advising on the biggest, most complex and most innovative deals in the market.
 
Our team advises clients in relation to a wide variety of environmental, biotechnology, resource management, risk management and statutory compliance issues to a diverse client base. Our work has involved most areas of resource management, including consent applications and renewals, and designation procedures for major infrastructure projects and industrial facilities, integrated risk management, hazardous substances and contaminated sites.
 
Members of the team provide environmental advice to a wide range of industries, including the mining, electricity, geothermal, oil, telecommunications and aviation sectors.  They also appear before local authorities and the Environment Court for resource consents and appeals.
