Through utilising an outsourcing model, clients will be able to achieve significant cost savings through the favourable exchange rate and lower cost base.  With the time zone differences, we work with clients to provide a seamless 24-hour service to their clients. Hence the ability to take on larger volumes of work without increasing infrastructure and overheads.  These benefits save both time and money and are produced without compromising quality of work.

ME can provide access to a quality team of professionals who have experience working in  the Magic Circle firms, other London firms and UK corporate legal teams.  Two alumni have recently rejoined ME from Clifford Chance – partner Andy Horne (formerly a litigation partner in London) and special counsel Alison Lindsay (TMT partner in Hong Kong).  We have over 20 UK qualified lawyers (six of our partners are ex Clifford Chance and five are ex Allen & Overy).

The nature of the work required, whether we interact with the end user and whether partner input is required or not, will determine whether our clients utilise English law qualified individuals and/or whether our insurance arrangements or those of our client cover the provision of such services.
