Financial services industry specialist Mark Forman has joined Minter Ellison Rudd Watts’ corporate and commercial team as a Senior Associate.
Mark has a wealth of experience in providing advice to clients in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities law, corporate governance advice and shareholder agreements. Based in Auckland, Mark has recently returned to New Zealand after five years with CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, London as an Associate. In announcing this appointment, managing partner, Mark Weenink, said the firm was delighted to welcome Mark. “With his appointment we continue to add to the quality and depth of talent at the senior level within the firm.”
