Anthony Segedin appointed to new Retirement Village Association of NZ Authority

The Retirement Village Association of NZ (RVA) has recently established an internal disciplinary procedure and is establishing an Authority to consider complaints against Retirement Village Association members.
Minter Ellison Rudd Watt's Consultant, Anthony Sedegin, has been appointed to the Authority panel. The names of the chair and nine additional members of the panel have yet to be publicly announced.
Panel members will be called upon by the chair to sit with him or her in any disciplinary matter coming before the Authority.
The RVA is a national association that seeks to represent, protect and promote the interests of its members and their associated services. Membership is voluntary for operators of retirement villages in New Zealand and individuals or commercial organisations that work in the the retirement villages industry.
