Senior TMT legal specialist joins Minter Ellison Rudd Watts

Minter Ellison Rudd Watts has welcomed back telecommunications, media and technology law specialist, Alison Lindsay. Alison rejoins the firm as Special Counsel.
Alison brings to the firm over 20 years’ experience in telecommunication regulation and commercial arrangements, IT law, internet and on-line services issues, media regulation and commercial arrangements. An internationally recognised expert in the TMT field; Alison also advises on a broad range of commercial contracts and competition law.
Alison spent seven years with Minter Ellison Rudd Watts before joining Clifford Chance’s international Telecoms Media and Technology group (London and Hong Kong). During her last nine years with Clifford Chance, Alison was a Partner based in Hong Kong and also Head of their Asian Telecoms Media and Technology practice.
Based in Auckland, Alison will be working with partner Andy Matthews to further develop the firm’s growing TMT practice.
