Minter Ellison Rudd Watts has welcomed Neil Millar to the firm’s Auckland Corporate team.

Neil has broad corporate and commercial experience, in particular in the mergers and acquisitions and private equity areas. 

Neil was previously a partner at Kensington Swan in Auckland.

In 2003 he made the move to New Zealand following a successful career with UK law firm McGrigors (spending time in London, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Philadelphia).
