The two day CLANZ event has ‘Mastering the Art of In-House Legal’ as it’s central theme and is being held in the Rotorua Energy Events Centre.

Senior panels of private sector in-house lawyers and public sector in-house lawyers will be speaking about hot issues, and a discussion group for local authority in-house lawyers will be canvassing topical issues.
The annual awards ceremony will take place at a gala dinner, to be held tomorrow evening on Friday 14 May 2010, and recognise leading in-house lawyers for their contributions across three categories: young corporate lawyer; senior corporate lawyer; and community contribution.

CLANZ specialises in in providing leadership, support and practical benefits to in-house lawyers. All New Zealand lawyers, who have a current practising certificate and act as an in-house lawyer for a corporation, government department or other organisation, qualify for membership.
