Minter Ellison Legal Group tops 2011 M&A results
Minter Ellison has topped the 2011 mergermarket M&A league tables, released last week, for the most number of M&A deals completed in the Asia-Pacific region (75 deals). Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, the New Zealand arm of the global Minter Ellison Legal Group, were advisors on over 25 deals.
Minter Ellison Legal Group also ranked No.1 for the number of Australasian M&A deals completed in 2011.
In a year when M&A activity has followed a downward trend worldwide, the stats are a pleasing result for the firms’ M&A teams that have been recognised as leaders in the market by both clients and international legal directories.
Noticeable deals for Minter Ellison Rudd Watts in 2011 included advising
