Two new Partners for Minter Ellison Rudd Watts
Trans-Tasman law firm, Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, has announced the appointment of two new partners - Anna Rawlings and Graeme Crombie, bringing the total partnership figure to 35.
Anna Rawlings has ten years" experience and joined the firm's national disputes resolution team in 2002. She has appeared regularly in the New Zealand courts and is experienced in alternative dispute resolution processes including mediation. Anna also advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious aspects of competition law and industry regulation with an emphasis on consumer protection and marketing law. Based in the firm's Auckland office, Anna's appointment takes the number of partners in the firm's national disputes resolution team to six.
Graeme Crombie is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer specialising in technology and telecommunications, having joined the firm in 1995. Graeme has over 10 years' experience providing advice on commercial contracts, company law, corporate structuring and privacy issues. He acts for clients in both the public and private sectors and has extensive experience in all forms of technology contracts from software licensing to complex outsourcing arrangements. Graeme works with Nick Hodson, Matthew Andrews, Paul Foley and John McCay in the firm's Wellington corporate team.
