Rosemary is a highly skilled litigation and dispute resolution lawyer. She advises a range of private, commercial and governmental clients on tort and contract claims.

Rosemary has particular experience in complex construction disputes, including construction agreements, matters arising from the Construction Contracts Act 2002 and large-scale defective building litigation in the District and High Court.

Experienced in alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediations and arbitrations, Rosemary is also a persuasive advocate and comfortable in a courtroom environment.

As a former Crown prosecutor, she has experience in pre-trial, jury trial and appellate work. This has involved appearing as lead counsel in a range of criminal prosecutions. This background gives Rosemary a unique and valuable perspective when acting for clients.
