  • Acting for Indian purchaser of Bulgarian steel mill in €100m dispute over misappropriation of assets by former owner
  • Acting for Canadian private equity fund in litigation of £20m dispute over fraudulent misrepresentation and breach of warranty by vendor of UK energy management services firm
  • Acting for Australian petroleum exploration company in Royal Commission of Inquiry into whether certain wheat supply contracts breached UN Sanctions in relation to Iraq
  • Acting for airport in appeal to High Court from Commerce Commission decision refusing to authorise strategic alliance/merger of airlines
  • Acting for gas transporter/supplier in Commerce Commission inquiry into whether gas pipeline services should be subject to price control, and advising on various competition matters concerning gasfields
  • Acting for rural services company in litigation of competition dispute over access to livestock saleyards
  • Advising waste company on various competition matters including contracts establishing public/private partnership to transport and landfill waste, and contracts to develop landfills in joint venture with sole competitor
