  • The sale of HRV to a new company backed by Equity Partners (an Australian Private Equity provider)
  • The sale of Cynotech Systems Limited to Wright Communications
  • The sale of Spandex Asia Pacific Limited to Total Supplies
  • The sale of a number of divisions of TR Corporation (backed by Advent Capital) to various buyers
  • The purchase of Cooks Food Group (including the Diamond Pasta and DYC Vinegar brands) by Wilson Food Group
  • Acted for a bidder for the Taharoa iron-sands mine
