  • Capital markets work, including stock market listings, initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues and takeovers
  • Assisting businesses raising capital (both debt and equity) including private and public issues of securities and bank or shareholder loans
  • Advising early-stage and growth businesses with their corporate structures, governance and shareholder arrangements
  • Advising businesses encountering financial difficulties or parties involved in receiverships, liquidations or voluntary administration
  • Advising creditors and debtors with respect to the taking and enforcement of security interests and the application of Personal Property Securities Act
  • General corporate law advice including Companies Act compliance, corporate governance and directors’ duties
  • Advising not-for-profit and membership organisations in relation to corporate governance and constitutional issues
