- Acting for Bank of Ireland in connection with the £175,000,000 purchase (and subsequent sale) by Donegall Place Investments of the St James Centre, a large shopping centre in Edinburgh city centre
- Acting for Northern Irish property development and investment company William Ewart Properties Limited in connection with its £345,000,000 debt funding used to acquire one of the UK's major shopping complexes, the Gyle Shopping Centre in Edinburgh and to refinance existing debt
- Acting for UK property fund manager Highcross in connection with banking facilities used to refinance existing debt and to finance its ongoing property investments and developments throughout the UK
- Acting for Bank of Scotland in connection with the £60,000,000 takeover of Ultraframe and the subsequent re-finance of the borrowing group
- Acting for a major UK bank in connection with its mezzanine funding of properties acquired from time to time by a property investment fund
- Acting for a major UK bank in connection with the re-structure of a corporate borrower and the provision of loan facilities to refinance the group's existing debt and to fund the development of new off-shore properties
