• Advising a corporate borrower in connection with a loan facility used to fund the refurbishment of its commercial property
• Advising TrustPower Limited in connection with its 2008 offer of subordinated fixed rate bonds under its bond programme
• Advising a New Zealand corporate lender in connection with its PIE funds and its debt securities
• Advising banks and corporate borrowers on the New Zealand aspects of international lending transactions
