Some of Steve's major projects

• Acting for Transport for London in connection with employment issues arising from the planned extension and upgrade of the London Underground
• Acting for Securicor plc, an international security company, in its merger in 2004 with Danish headquartered company, Group 4 Falke A/S to form G4S plc, one of the world's largest security companies employing over 500,000 employees worldwide
• Acting for QinetiQ (off-shoot from the UK Ministry of Defence) and its joint venture subsidiary, Metrix (appointed last year as the preferred bidder under the UK Government's Defence Training Review programme), in connection with a number of transactional and advisory issues
• Advising the Families Commission in connection with Privacy Act issues
• Acting for a leading international financial institution, in its successful defence of constructive dismissal and discrimination claims brought against it by a former employee
• Advising numerous companies in connection with the termination of employment of individuals at senior executive level and involved in the subsequent negotiation and drafting of termination agreements and/or defences to claims
