Bridget is an employment lawyer, with significant litigation experience, who advises on the full range of employment law issues for a range of corporate, government and state sector clients.
Bridget advises on the full range of employment law issues including both contentious and non-contentious matters for a range of corporate, government and state sector clients. Bridget has significant litigation experience, having appeared in the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court, Court of Appeal, District Court and High Court. She regularly attends mediation on behalf of clients and is focussed on achieving pragmatic and commercially driven outcomes for clients.

Providing strategic employment advice in relation to the sale and purchase of businesses, including trans-Tasman transactions
Drafting individual employment agreements and settlement agreements
Drafting policies and procedures, deeds of restraint and confidentiality and advising on enforcement issues
Advising on disciplinary investigation and processes, redundancies, and the termination of employment
Collective bargaining negotiations and development of strategies
Management of personal grievances
Attendance at mediations, negotiations and Court and Authority Hearings
Preparing evidence, drafting pleadings, including interim injunction applications
Providing advice to clients on day to day employment issues
Advising on legal issues in relation to health and safety
