Mark is a senior associate in our Corporate and Commercial team. He has broad corporate experience in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities law transactions, corporate governance advice, and shareholder agreements. Mark has particular experience in working with clients in the financial services industry.

Advising National Australia Bank on the disposal of the UK business Custom Fleet Limited as part of a wider disposal of the Custom Fleet business in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom
Advising Rakon Limited on its purchase of C-MAC MicroTechnology's UK and France based frequency control products division for US$37 million and on the subsequent sale of its UK based traded products division (a part of the business acquired from C-MAC) to IQD Frequency Products
