• Advising the Fly Buys loyalty scheme on all aspects of its activities, including managing the relationship with its 40+ participants and more than 2.4 million members
• Advising the New Zealand Rugby Union on a broad range of issues including constitutional reform, corporate governance advice, broadcasting rights, sponsorship and Rugby World Cup 2011
• Advising Icebreaker, the world leading merino outdoor clothing brand, on its acquisition of a Swiss and French distributor, its worldwide procurement, logistics and distribution networks and risk management
