Creating the tax, corporate and financing structures for the structured finance investment utilised to produce the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy
Advising on the structured financing investment in the "Xena" and "Hercules" television series

Advising on various corporate funding arrangements and disposals in the energy, oil and gas and dairy sectors
- Advising on various acquisitions, and divestments in the building and services sector
- Acted as adviser/legal project manager during the pre-opening and opening phase of Auckland's Sky City Casino
- Negotiating the terms of multi-bank funding for various clients, including obtaining all necessary approvals from the relevant authorities
- Advising on the scoping/methodology of the due diligence review for a major New Zealand corporates prior to their IPO, subsequently providing legal advice on Securities Act, NZSX Listing Rules and corporate law compliance
- Acting for various acquisitions and divestments of forestry assets and associated manufacturing capacity
