Wendy has extensive litigation experience advising and acting for clients in a wide variety of civil disputes. She specialises in large scale commercial litigation, contract law issues and regulatory proceedings. Wendy has appeared as junior counsel in the Court of Appeal and before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.

Working in defence of proceedings brought by the Commerce Commission under the Commerce Act against major clients for price fixing and other restrictive trade practices

Issuing proceedings to recover assets for receivers in the context of a major receivership in the dairy farming industry

Conducting a claim for substantial damages for breach of warranty arising out of the sale and purchase of an equipment hire company

In the United Kingdom, working as part of the regulatory enforcement team responsible for successfully bringing disciplinary proceedings against directors of a fund management company for conduct that saw the company pay £210 million in compensation to investors
