Lucas helps clients control risk and improve ways of working. Lucas is responsible for the firm’s legal technology solutions, including the Obligations Register and other automation solutions.
Lucas has more than 15 years’ experience in technical specialist, process improvement and digital transformation roles working for start-ups through to large corporates. Prior to joining MinterEllisonRuddWatts, he pioneered the introduction of digital delivery of Continuing Professional Development for the Auckland District Law Society. This involved launching high quality event live streaming, on demand learning, and the design and build of bespoke online tools to support the legal profession. Lucas also played key roles in upgrades of the Society’s web presence, CRM/ERP, business processes and digital marketing.
An Agile adherent, trained in Six Sigma (6σ) process improvement and with experience across project management disciplines, Lucas enjoys helping people to work better. He has broad experience in the application of smart tech-aids such as automation, productivity and support tools that save time and deliver meaningful returns on investment.
