He has particular expertise in employment litigation, having litigated employment status claims, personal grievance claims, reinstatement proceedings and restraint of trade disputes.

He frequently represents clients in mediation, the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court.

He regularly presents on employment law topics at industry seminars and conducts trainings for clients.
