James is a Senior Associate in our Corporate and Commercial team. James has considerable experience advising a broad range of clients on various aspects of corporate and commercial law, including M&A transactions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, overseas investment, corporate governance and licensing advice, and other general corporate advisory work.

James brings international experience, having worked at a major international law firm in the United Arab Emirates before joining MinterEllisonRuddWatts, and has also spent time at another major New Zealand law firm.
