Louisa Graham leads the Clients and Markets function at MinterEllisonRuddWatts, where she is responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s business development and marketing strategy. Her approach is grounded in a deep understanding of client needs and a commitment to delivering tailored, high-impact solutions that drive client success.

Prior to joining MinterEllisonRuddWatts, Louisa spent seven years as EY New Zealand’s Business Development Leader, where she focused on strategic growth across key client portfolios and industries.

Louisa is known for her genuine curiosity and ability to ask the right questions unlocking insights that enable professional teams and clients to collaborate more effectively and find solutions to client’s most difficult problems.

Her career spans consulting and legal business development roles, underpinned by a strong foundation in B2B sales and a degree in Science.

Louisa is particularly interested in the evolving landscape of legal services, particularly the transformative impact of artificial intelligence.  AI has the potential to transform the legal profession by making research and document analysis more efficient, and client service more personalised. Louisa is enthusiastic about supporting the profession as it moves towards increased AI expertise, improved collaboration, and a heightened emphasis on client centricity.
