Nick Frith

Partner - Dispute Resolution and Litigation

Nick Frith is a Partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team.

Nick specialises in commercial litigation.  He has significant experience in contract and tort claims, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants, as well as in providing strategic dispute resolution advice.   Nick is experienced in alternative dispute resolution processes.

Nick has a particular focus on insurance disputes across all areas of the industry. He regularly acts for insurers, brokers and insureds (both independently and on instruction from insurers).  He has experience in defending negligence claims against brokers, advising on, negotiating and litigating property damage and business interruption claims (both for insurers and insureds), income protection insurance claims, warranty insurance claims and in defending insured clients in Worksafe and other regulatory investigations.  He also acts for lending institutions in debt recovery and enforcement matters.

Nick spent time on secondment at a major international insurance broking firm which gave him invaluable insight.

Nick is listed as a Next Generation Partner in the Insurance and Dispute Resolution sections of Legal 500’s 2019 Asia-Pacific guide.
