Zena Razoki

Senior Associate - Financial Services

Zena is a Senior Associate in our financial services team. Her areas of expertise include funds management, financial markets conduct law, financial regulation, M&A, joint ventures, capital raising, corporate and commercial law. Zena specialises in investment funds, having worked at a top-tier investment funds team in London prior to joining MinterEllisonRuddWatts. Zena also has excellent experience in financial service M&A transactions.

Her clients include retail and wholesale fund managers, trustee companies, insurers, other financial institutions, corporates and FinTechs, both in New Zealand and offshore.

Zena started her career at MinterEllisonRuddWatts as a summer clerk in 2012. Before re-joining our firm in 2020, she worked in private practice at other law firms in New Zealand and London.
