Tourism Holdings took home the M&A Transaction of the Year for its merger with Apollo Tourism & Leisure, while IFM Investors won Mid-Market Debt Transaction of the Year for Lodestone Energy’s subordinated debt financing at the awards that celebrate excellence and leadership in New Zealand’s financial sector ecosystem.

The project is set to be New Zealand’s largest of its kind, comprising five solar farms. When completed, the five solar farms will increase the country’s current solar production by eight times, significantly boosting net-zero efforts.
